Squarespace's scheduling tool is Acuity Scheduling, which starts at $22 CAD/$16 USD a month billed annually or $27 CAD/$20 USD billed monthly. Acuity is a Squarespace company, and it's a separate subscription from your website plan.
Acuity lists its prices in USD only, before applicable taxes.
Starter: $16 USD a month billed annually, or $20 USD monthly. One calendar, online booking, payments, email reminders, and intake forms.
Standard: $27 USD a month billed annually, or $34 USD monthly. Up to six calendars, and adds text reminders, a waitlist, packages, memberships, and gift certificates.
Premium: $55 USD a month billed annually, or $69 USD monthly. Up to 36 calendars, and adds removing the Acuity logo, separate time zones per staff member, custom code, and a signed agreement for HIPAA compliance.
Every plan has a seven-day free trial, with no credit card needed.
Before focusing on Squarespace templates, August Cura Studio designed for service providers such as hair stylists, lash artists, and makeup artists, most of whom booked appointments through Acuity Scheduling. Not every service provider needs a full website. Social media works well for showing your portfolio, growing, and connecting with your community. If you do need a full website and a way to manage appointments, Acuity is a great tool for it.
If you're a US health provider who needs HIPAA compliance, note that Acuity offers it on Premium only. August Cura Studio's therapist templates include a Book a Call page that links to whichever booking platform you already use, such as JaneApp, so Acuity isn't required to use them.
