How much does Squarespace cost?

Squarespace starts at $21 CAD a month in Canada, or $19 USD a month in the US, on the Basic plan billed annually. Squarespace prices its plans by country, and paying annually costs less per month than paying monthly.

In Canada (billed annually / billed monthly):

  • Basic: $21 CAD / $30 CAD a month

  • Core: $32 CAD / $45 CAD a month

  • Plus: $46 CAD / $59 CAD a month

  • Advanced: $109 CAD / $139 CAD a month

In the US (billed annually / billed monthly):

  • Basic: $19 USD / $25 USD a month

  • Core: $29 USD / $39 USD a month

  • Plus: $49 USD / $65 USD a month

  • Advanced: $99 USD / $139 USD a month

Other countries are billed in their own currency, so check Squarespace's pricing page for your region.

Costs outside your plan: Annual plans include a free custom domain for the first year. After that, you pay for your domain separately, or you can connect a domain you already own and keep it separate from your website platform. Email campaigns, booking, and some apps are separate subscriptions, and payment processing fees apply whenever you sell.

For a simple small business site, plan on roughly $252 to $384 CAD a year in Canada, or $228 to $348 USD in the US, before extras and applicable taxes. That range covers Basic and Core billed annually.

As a Squarespace Circle partner, August Cura Studio includes a discount with every template: 20% off your first annual Squarespace plan. It applies to the first year of annual billing only, not to monthly plans or later renewals.

If you'd rather pay monthly, you may be able to find a discount code to save on your first payment.

Prices current as of October 2026. Last checked: October 27, 2026
